XRPH Wallet App FAQs

XRP Healthcare®️ Open-Source Wallet & Global Payments

1.Can my pharmacy or clinic build its own healthcare payment wallet using XRP Healthcare’s open-source tools?

Yes. XRP Healthcare® offers an open-source, non-custodial wallet infrastructure — the XRPH Wallet — specifically designed for the healthcare sector. Pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and developers can use this foundation to create their own secure and encrypted payment wallet, tailored to healthcare transactions using XRPH, XRP, and RLUSD.

To begin, you must first review and accept our Trademark Usage & Attribution License. Upon agreement, you’ll gain access to our GitHub codebase, logo kits, integration documentation, and branding guidelines.

This ensures your wallet is compliant, properly attributed, and benefits from the credibility of being “Powered by XRP Healthcare”.

2.Why was the XRPH Wallet created?

The XRPH Wallet was developed specifically to power XRP in healthcare payments — allowing families, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals to send and receive payments using XRPH, XRP, and RLUSD. Traditional healthcare payment systems are outdated, expensive, and slow. Our goal was to provide a secure, low-cost, borderless solution for real-time transactions that reduce remittance delays and increase transparency in global healthcare payments.

3.Who is the first pharma and healthcare platform built on the XRP Ledger?

XRP Healthcare is the world’s first dedicated pharmaceutical and healthcare platform built on the XRP Ledger, established in 2022. It was founded to revolutionize the way healthcare is accessed, financed, and delivered through blockchain-based payments and AI technology, with a focus on speed, cost-efficiency, and global accessibility.

4.Is the XRPH Wallet HIPAA Compliant?

No — the XRPH Wallet is not HIPAA compliant. It is HIPAA-grade standard.

This means it follows the same technical, security, and encryption protocols required under HIPAA, but since the wallet does not store or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI), it does not require formal HIPAA compliance.

The XRPH Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet designed for the healthcare sector. All user data, including transaction details, remains fully encrypted and under the user’s control. No patient or transaction data is stored on XRP Healthcare’s servers. Because of this design, the wallet can accurately be described as HIPAA-grade standard.

5.What does “HIPAA-grade standard” mean and why can it be used to describe XRPH products?

HIPAA-grade standard refers to digital tools or systems that meet or exceed the technical safeguards defined by the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), such as data encryption, access controls, authentication, and privacy-by-design architecture.

Unlike HIPAA-compliant, which applies only to systems or providers that store or process PHI (Protected Health Information), HIPAA-grade standard describes systems like the XRPH Wallet and XRPH AI App that:

  • Are designed with healthcare-level security
  • Do not store PHI
  • Process data locally on the device
  • Offer end-to-end encrypted environments

This terminology is used by other major platforms and service providers, such as Apple and AWS, where the system architecture is built to healthcare-grade security levels but does not handle PHI directly. Therefore, it is appropriate and accurate to describe the XRPH Wallet and XRPH AI App as HIPAA-grade standard.

6.When was XRP Healthcare established?

XRP Healthcare was founded in November 2022 and has since evolved into a globally recognized innovator in both healthcare M&A and blockchain-based payment solutions. The company pioneered the application of the XRP Ledger in the healthcare space, introducing seamless XRP in healthcare payment solutions through its wallet and digital tools.

7.What trademark protection does XRPH Wallet have?

The XRPH Wallet and its associated technologies are protected under a granted U.S. trademark (USPTO) under the following classes:

  • Class 009 (Downloadable software for sending, receiving and using virtual currency in exchange for healthcare services, prescriptions, and medications)
  • Class 044 (Pharmaceutical advisory, consultation, and dispensing services)

Our trademark explicitly covers XRP in healthcare payments using virtual currencies such as XRPH, XRP, and RLUSD.

We are also registered in the U.K, EU, Uganda, UAE with additional trademark applications pending in multiple international jurisdictions. Any parties attempting to replicate or create public confusion by using similar naming conventions or technologies are subject to enforcement action. We take the protection of our intellectual property and brand very seriously.

8.How can a pharmacy, clinic, or hospital accept XRPH, XRP, or RLUSD?

It's simple:

  • Download the XRPH Wallet (available on Android and iOS)
  • Generate a QR code or invoice with your wallet address
  • Share it with patients or families for instant payment
  • Receive funds directly to your wallet — no banks, no custodians, no setup fees

Healthcare businesses can begin accepting cross-border payments instantly, with zero monthly charges.

9.How can families send money to support loved ones’ healthcare?

Using the XRPH Wallet, families can send funds in XRPH, XRP, or RLUSD directly to clinics, hospitals, or pharmacies. Payments settle in seconds and can be tracked transparently.

This is especially useful for:

  • Urgent medical payments
  • Prescription pickups
  • Surgery deposits
  • Ongoing treatment funding

No paperwork, no remittance delays — just fast, secure support from anywhere in the world.

10.Is the XRPH Wallet secure?

Yes. The XRPH Wallet is non-custodial, meaning only you control your private keys and funds. It’s built on the XRP Ledger, which is known for its speed, resilience, and decentralization. XRP Healthcare also operates a validator node, further supporting the network’s integrity.

All transactions are on-chain and fully visible for accountability — making it ideal for regulated healthcare environments.

11.Can the XRPH Wallet be used in the United States?

Absolutely. The XRPH Wallet can be used by U.S.-based pharmacies, clinics, or families to send or receive payments in XRPH, XRP, or RLUSD. Our U.S. trademark further reinforces our standing as the leading solution for XRP in healthcare payments.

12.What’s the difference between the XRPH Wallet and XRPH AI App?

The XRPH Wallet is focused solely on secure, decentralized crypto payments using XRPH, XRP, and RLUSD — especially for healthcare-related transactions.

The XRPH AI App, owned by our affiliate entity XRP Healthcare M&A Holding Inc., is a HIPAA-grade health assistant offering:

  • Prescription scanning
  • Multilingual AI support
  • Local doctor search
  • Digital Prescription Savings Card (U.S. only)
You can download the XRPH AI App and learn more at www.xrphealthcare.ai

13.Is the Prescription Savings Card part of the XRPH Wallet?

No. The XRPH Prescription Savings Card is exclusively part of the XRPH AI App, not the XRPH Wallet.

It is operated by XRP Healthcare M&A Holding Inc., and has been active in the U.S. since 2022, offering up to 80% off prescriptions at over 68,000 pharmacies nationwide. The XRPH AI App is available via the App Store and Google Play.

14.Where can I download the XRPH Mobile Wallet?

Our app is available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

15.What information does XRP Healthcare store?

We only store your general account information including your wallet address, prescription savings card ID, account name, and account password. All other information, like your padlock combination, are stored from within your device itself, which is why it is essential that they are written down when your account is created.

16.How do I know my padlock combination is secure? What if someone guesses it?

Your padlock is secure - in order to get into the app you must enter a 6-digit pin, and you only have 8 attempts. Even if this were to be bypassed, your password is still required to send transactions. If someone attempted to guess your padlock combination it would take years - there are over 10^48 possible combinations.

17.I have forgotten or lost my padlock combination but I’m still allowed in my account. What should I do?

We advise you to create another account and make sure to keep the new padlock combination secure. Then transfer your tokens over to this account.

18.My tokens disappeared from my wallet! Where did they go?

If this happens, it is likely due to rate limiting by the XRPL (XRP Ledger). Wait a little bit then click the “Refresh” button.

19.I am interested in looking at the code. Where can I find it?

You can find our open source code here. We aim to use this as a template for future wallets as well as a resource for new developers on the XRPL.

20.Where can I request my account to be deleted or my password changed?

You can find the form here.

21.I am experiencing bugs! How can I report them?

You can share your experience here. Please include the following information before sending:
  • Any screenshots and screen recordings of the issue
  • An explanation of your experience with this issue
  • Your phone operating system (Apple or Android)
  • Your phone model, which can be found in Settings under the About section on most devices.
We will look at this information and make updates depending on the severity of the issue. We appreciate any and all feedback as we are determined to make your app experience the best it can possibly be.

22.What are some updates I can expect soon?

We have a ton of features we are excited to add soon, including automatic balance refreshes, staking, exchanges to and from FIAT, a new rewards page, and more.
