Unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement, false designation of origin, unfair competition, or dilution under applicable law.

The XRPH Wallet source code is publicly accessible. However, use of associated trademarks, logos, badges, window stickers, payment acceptance materials, or phrases is governed by the XRPH Wallet Attribution License Agreement.

Access to official attribution assets, branding materials, and commercial deployment rights requires acceptance of the XRPH Wallet Attribution License Agreement and submission of required contact details.

We recommend including a README disclaimer in your repository or fork indicating that you are using XRPH Wallet code under attribution license and linking back to the official license page.

Unauthorized trademark or branding use may result in revocation of rights and enforcement action.
